Outreach Sunday is a day dedicated to mobilizing the congregation to reach the unchurched of our community. As a result, we will not be having our typical worship service this week, but instead will be heading out into the community to engage in ministry. The day will begin with an outdoor rally at 9am. And then around 9:30, we will break up into various teams to begin heading out into the community. We have teams doing yard work for people, teams visiting shut-ins, teams bringing treats to the local fire department and reaching out to the homeless. We have teams going door to door to the homes in our neighborhood. A team will be here at the church packing bags and praying, as well as a group providing childcare. No matter your age or giftedness, there will be a way for you to get involved. We are praying the Lord enables us to reach many with the love of Jesus. Come on out at 9am on September 7, and join us in this mission!

On May 4th, the doors of our church building will be closed, as we are encouraging as many as possible to join numerous churches from all over Randolph County in one unified service in Asheboro High School’s Lee J. Stone Stadium. Bring a lawn chair and a straight leg canopy and come enjoy the body of Christ join together in one accord.

This year, we will be having our Easter service outside on the field. Bring a lawn chair and dress accordingly. We are looking forward to an amazing time of worship as we revel in Christ’s victory over death.

Please join us on Saturday, April 19 at 6:30 P.M. as we welcome the Penn View Bible Institute Choir and Symphonic Ensemble. If you love to hear the praises of the Lord literally fill up a room, than you will love this evening, as more than 50 singers and musicians direct our gaze to King Jesus in stunning and melodious song.

This Wednesday, we will not be having our normal Wednesday evening service. Instead, we will be spending the evening at Clapp’s nursing home, worshipping with the residents there. Meet at Clapp’s at 6:30 p.m.

Come join us for our Spring Barbecue Benefit. This years proceeds will be going to help a family with overwhelming medical costs. Adult plate: $10.00; Child’s plate: $6.00. Sides and dessert included.

Bring the entire family out for a day of great music, delicious food, and wholesome fellowship. Festivities will begin at 10:30 in the sanctuary with a concert by Mercy’s Well Gospel Band before transitioning outside for delicious food, corn hole, bouncy houses, and other fun activities.

We’re bringing church to the community! Join us from 10am - 3pm at North Asheboro for a time of worship followed by food, fun, and fellowship. All you need is a lawn chair and some comfy clothes.

On June 30 we will be gathering together at the Asheboro High School football field with many other churches for a city wide church service. Bring a lawn chair. There will be no services at the church that morning.

Bring out the whole family to Frazier Park for an evening of food, fun, and fellowship, as well as a presentation from one of our special guests: June 20 - Joy the Clown, June 27 - EMT.

Swing by and try our famous barbeque. Plates (including slaw, beans, a role, and a dessert) are $10.00 for adults, and $6.00 for children. Cash only and drive thru only.
