The Youth Group at Spoon’s Chapel Christian Church is
active, inclusive, and excited about what God is doing in their generation. Youth meet each Sunday evening at 5:30 (unless otherwise specified, see the Calendar for details) for a time of Bible study, recreation, and fellowship with their leaders and friends. They also host fundraisers, enjoy summer camp, and participate in social outings that keep them focused on growing in Christ together.
Mt Lou San Summer Camp! We are headed to the Encounter Ministries run camp the last week of July, July 22 through July 27. If you’re planning on going, turn in a $50 deposit to Pastor John or Pastor Chad by May 31. The total cost will $240 per person, BUT will be offset by how much of the funds can be raised by the Youth Group. We don’t want money to keep any youth from going, so let Pastor Chad or Pastor John know if finances are a problem. Sign up Now!
Attention All Youth Summer Campers! There is a fundraiser fro those attending Camp Mt. Lou San. Youth will be doing community service for Clapp’s Nursing Home in Asheboro, July 12. Youth must work to raise funding. You will need to get sponsors. Contact Pastor Chad with any questions.
Want to have some fun and use your gifts for God’s glory? Join the Youth Praise Band or Youth Drama Team! They meet Sunday afternoons at 4:30 p.m. Questions? Contact Pastor Chad or Eric. See You There!
